Football and startups are two of the better things in life. So revisiting the book Leading by Alex Ferguson (even if I’m not a Manchester United fan) and Mike Moritz (of Sequoia Capital) for some summer reading was time well spent.
The book is about Alex Ferguson’s career as a manager and his reflections on leadership and management. The learnings from football isn’t 1:1 transferable to startups, some things around team building and dedication definitely are. A good read.
