Klarna to save $40 million in 2024 by using AI

In an interview with Swedish business daily Dagens Industri (also press release in English), Klarna CEO Sebastian Siemiatkowski says that AI will replace 700 customer service agents and save Klarna $40 million in 2024. As a comparison in Q3’23 Klarna made a quarterly profit of $13 million.
