Many interesting points, but one that stood out was that Lovable retains 85 % of paying users after month 1 (for the first renewal, as I understand it). That is world-class consumer retention. The next question is how retention for renewal 2, 3 and so on are. Ideally they see a flattening curve, i.e. at renewal 2 more than 85 % of the remaining paying users renew again, and so on.
